With Neji unable to see through the mist, things aren't looking too good. He is tricked into thinking that random objects are real people by a mysterious jutsu. Rock Lee manages hold Raiga off by fighting while still unconscious. When a mysterious case is knocked off of Raiga's back, Raiga becomes weaker and is eventually defeated by Naruto. When the gang opens the case, they discover a young boy named Ranmaru. What is his connection to Raiga? Why doesn't he attack them? Naruto is about to find out a shockingly similar story. And with Raiga gone the mission appears to be complete, but is Raiga truly defeated?
Tenten, Lee, Neji, and Naruto are hiding. Neji says the enemy is close but he cant see because of the fog. HE used it again and sees multiple enemies. The group attacks but notices something weird. Neji hits something that looks like a tree but when he used the Byakugan he sees a person with chakra flowing through them. Now the enemy knows their position and attacks using lightning. This caused rock lee to become unconscious but was still able to fight Raiga. Naruto wakes up and sees Lee fighting Raiga. During the fight, lee was able to kick Ranmaru out of Raiga and lands in front of Neji and Ten Ten. Raiga gets mad and attacks lee but Naruto saves him. He asks Raiga if he knows Zabuza and Kisame and he says that he hates them both. They fought and Raiga was able to hit Naruto with his attack.
Tenten and Neji are wondering what's inside the bag. Neji uses his Byakugan and sees a child.
Naruto uses Kage Bunshin no Jutsu in the fight. Raiga uses his lightning attack multiple times and his chakra is starting to decline. He runs for it but Naruto follows him. To stop Naruto he uses rock slide. When Raiga got to the top he thinks that it's over but Naruto was waiting for him there. He used Rasengan and was able to hit Raiga.
When it was over, they opened up the bag and see a child. Rock Lee recognizes him because he is the one he saw when he was unconscious. Then Ranmaru tells them the story between him and Raiga. With the story, he realized that the relationship between Raiga and Ranmaru was the same as Zabuza and Haku. Naruto and the group leaves and ties up Ranmaru.
