Aizen impregnating Inoue is completely out of character. He has no reason to impregnate her, she’s unimportant to Aizen’s overall objective of becoming King of the Shinigami. Inoue’s simply a pawn in his game. And same with hollowfication. She is a human whole/plus, Inoue would just turn into a hollow and be less useful to Aizen. And if this kind of inner hollow battle was going on inside of her, I’m sure it would have been better fleshed out in the manga.
I think what Grimmjow and Ulquiorra were referring to inside her are the “psychological traps” placed upon her before coming to Los Noches which Ulquiorra mentioned to Nnoitra quite a while ago. Shown here:

Due to the conditions of Inoue’s surrender, time to say farewell to Ichigo, and arrival to Las Noches, her desire to escape were shattered. And Ulquiorra mentions Aizen didn’t need to use Kyouka Suigetsu, so she wasn’t hypnotized.
By allowing her time to say goodbye to someone she cared about before departing to Hueco Mundo, she was given the false impression that the Arrancar and Aizen are merciful beings. By making Inoue believe he and his minions are not bad (which they have proven, ie. Neliel protecting Ichigo and Grimmjow saving her), Aizen created an inner struggle. She no longer can view the Arrancar as the bad guys.
But going to far as to think Inoue will betray her friends, I can’t help but think Aizen and Ulquiorra are severely underestimating the strength of Ichigo and Inoue’s relationship.

anyway, on to the story….
i dont think orihime could have been hollowized. she might have, but doing that would be a treachery to not just SS but also her buddies. even though she wants to protect them, she shouldnt go that far. maybe what schiffer meant was she was somehow bound to her oath…?
what i think should happen is this: orihime manages to undo the making of the hougyoku in the middle of the kurosaki vs. schiffer battle. then she dies (schiffer kills her just before dissipating? or maybe just the strain of undoing something so powerful), and she confesses her love to ichigo. ichigo is like O.O and then TT_TT, he runs back (at this point all the arancarr are slowly un-arancarr-fying) to the others, meets rukia (yay, youre alive), they go back to fake karakura (through grimmjow’s last actions [turn of thought!]) with orihimes dead body, and ON WITH THE NEXT ARC! ^w^
meh, that way i think is best. because we have to have someone die eventually. otherwise, if orihime lives then if anyone good dies she can just undo their death, and thats not exciting at all, if you know what i mean…

I believe Aizen might have an ultimatum against Inoue or something far more deeper. Remember, we are talking the Great and Powerful Aizen who tricked not only the current group of Captains but also Hirako Shinji the one captain who foresaw Aizen’s rebellious intentions (and purely by this fact, ranks Shinji amongst the most intelligent of shinigami currently known in the manga). Inoue is merely a device to Aizen, one that Ulquiorra by coincidence found and singled out from the rest of his ocular report. The Hougyoku has already been noted to have taken strain from Aizen’s daily usage of its waking state ability of 100% output when fused to a being with Double Captain-class reiatsu. Inoue is only a means to rejecting the strain and possibly rejecting its entire sealed/slumber state.
I believe Ulquiorra has the advantage when it comes to knowing the truth of the matter. That is the crux of our view point of what is actually happening, we can only see/know whatever Kubo’s story allows. There are hints and foreshadows everywhere, but until Kubo outright reveals things we are left not understanding what they are. But back to the point, Ulquiorra is the closest of the Espada to Inoue. Most of the mental and emotional damage done to her has been directly by him, and he has also made it clear that she will die. And in my opinion, he will be the executioner if she is to die by Aizen’s side’s hands. However, something in the back of my mind tells me that her death with be done at the hands of Soul Society.
The Central Forty-Six is gone, Old Man Yama is basically the governing head of Soul Society with possibly advisement from Soi Fon, the head if the Onmitsu Kidou herself, and whoever the current Kidoushuu head is. But lets remember, there still is the Spirit King. He is the one that delegates the power of governing Soul Society to them. Even if its similar to how the Royal Family in the United Kingdom is, the fact remains that Yama would not think twice if the Spirit King decided to step in to make certain judgments. Aizen rebelled against Soul Society and is intending to kill the Spirit King, all who serve under him are criminals. That would also include Inoue who helped restore the Sexta Espada and more importantly possibly fixed the Hougyoku if Aizen’s plans are exactly what we think they were. Should it come down to judgments by Society’s end, Inoue is very likely to be executed for Sedition as a Human Criminal. Most of you might disagree with me, but Inoue dying would open the plot doors to more than we ever could hope for, though I also believe while Ichigo would become angered by her death it would not because he has romantic feeling for her. Never once, I repeat never once has Ichigo shown a single ounce of romantic interest in her, to him Inoue is merely nakama, a comrade in arms, just as he saw Rukia.
I will finish with a simple prediction of the next few chapters. The next chapter will end or in the midpoint have Ulquiorra release. This will force Ichigo to hollowfy in order to continue fighting, it will be futile to battle Ulquiorra in released mode without his mask. But I seriously do believe that Ichigo will not win against Ulquiorra, especially if he is a Menos Vastrode like most have speculated. Do not misunderstand though, Ulquiorra will most likely lose but not by Ichigo’s hands alone. I highly believe that Ichigo, while getting it handed to him against a far superior opponent of released mode Ulquiorra, will gain support from either Byakuya or even by Unohana.

i have a doubt ………
when tousen whacked off grimmjaw’s arm inoue was able to heal it no problem but she wasn’t able to reject ulloquiora’s reiatsu from ichigo’s wounds ………
so does this mean that ulloquiora is more powerful than tousen?

I don’t know, what about when grimmjow first says something to ichigo about what they did to orihime. They then show a highlighted part of her insides that looks to represent physically whatever they did to her. I’m pretty sure they actuallly, physically did something to her.

Different Kind of attacks. Tousen didn’t use cero on Grimmjow. Propably Innoue has difficulty in nagating hollow energy from one’s body. Or maybe the creator is messing with her powers… I mean… If she is so powerfull why doesn’t she just deny a wall to dust and just leave?….

Kostas, the reason why is because Inoue’s powers rely upon her own willpower to do something. Hence she can never kill, because she doesn’t have the willpower to kill.
Her powers as such are very flawed, as it seems she barely got the willpower to do anything
Her shield wouldn’t break for example if she really had the willpower to protect someone.

I think what was done to her was physical, whether
it was pregnancy or even being inserted with something that will turn her into a manevolent beast. I think it be so hot if it was pregnancy. But then ichigo would feel like crap cause he couldn’t protect her.
